GMS Marzipan Media Player delivers background music (BGM), foreground music, music videos and screen media advertising for Retail, Bars, Pubs, Gyms and other Commercial premises. The app itself is extremely easy to use - simply plug-in and press play. Used in conjunction with the www.marzipanmedia.com website, it enables users to build and manage their playlists and control their content. This allows the music and/or videos to be tailored to the needs of each individual business. The music available ranges from current chart and golden oldies to jazz, rock, classical, dance, world music and zen relaxation for spas. We even have a selection of unpublished tracks, performed by unsigned artists, for those businesses wishing to avoid the requirement for PRS and PPL licenses. Clients wishing to use the video advertising service can provide their own content or we can have content produced on their behalf. The app is designed for continuous operation on a media box, tablet or other Android device, which is permanently plugged in to the mains. This device can then be connected to an amplifier and speakers, in the same manner as would be used to connect a CD-player or any other music playback device.

The app also plays pop videos for Gyms and Screen media to display video adverts. Users can also upload adverts direct to the player from marzipanmedia.com .
